"Worst experience. Promised delivery of a transmission for my company van in 2 to 4 days. After I paid for the transmission delivery went to 5 to 10 days. Promised to text me tracking information that I asked for daily, but never sent it. I finally had to call the trucking company myself get actual delivery information. Pitstop initially took payment from my card and never sent me an invoice. I had to contact them two days after they received their payment to demand the invoice. And it went downhill from there. Continuous stream of lies and stalling."

He was patient, knowledgeable and more than helpful. He walked me through the process at my pace. Always with a kind word for me and he went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and confident in the purchase. He deserves a raise for this one.
