They quoted me for a front-end alignment they spent 2 hours on because my truck has some 'seized' up parts due to its time in NY. My truck has 280k miles and some play in the steering box that made it more challenging. They had to heat the tie-rod to get it to break loose for the alignment. They test-drove it and put it back in the rack a few times until Scott was satisfied with the alignment and the drivability.
