"I visited Tire Choice Auto Service Centers this morning with a flat tire, hoping to get it patched. Unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Upon inspection, the staff informed me that the nail was too deep to be patched and that the tire needed to be replaced. They quoted me a hefty price of $160 for a replacement tire, which was simply out of my budget as a single mom with kids. Feeling disheartened, I decided to seek a second opinion and went to another location. To my surprise, I was informed that the tire could indeed be patched, and they promptly took care of it for me. This stark contrast between the assessments was frustrating and led me to believe that Tire Choice Auto Service Centers might not have my best interests at heart. Overall, my experience at Tire Choice Auto Service Centers was disappointing. It felt like they were more focused on upselling me on a new tire rather than providing an honest assessment of the situation. As a result, I left feeling skeptical and dissatisfied. I would caution others to be wary when seeking service at this establishment, as it seems they may prioritize profit over customer satisfaction."

"My vehicle displayed several warning indicators lights on the dashboard. The mechanic at Tire Choice informed me that the dashboard was thoroughly cleaned and a diagnostic test did not find any issues with my vehicle. I picked up my vehicle several days ago and the indicator lights have not returned. I am pleased that the problem was addressed and wasn’t costly. Honestly is becoming hard to find these days."

"Go to wash my car today and can’t believe what I am seeing. I got two tires two days ago and when I go to wash my car I find a large amount of damage to my wheels. Not only that two caps missing and extremely hard to get out grease spots everywhere. I know this was caused by the mechanic because they are the only ones to touch those wheels after I bought the car and I have washed my car a lot and have never seen any damage. This is next level bad and cant put into words how mad I am. Do not! And I repeat, do not go here for any work! I will be pursuing this as far as I have to."
