Take 5 Oil Change

"Both Ellen and Teddy took great care of me and my last minute decision to get my oil changed. They accommodated me as the last appointment of the evening and made great recommendations and provided a discount that was available throughout the chain that I was unable to pull up on my phone because it died!!! They also changed out my rear windshield wiper which was corroded by the Sun and shared that it had a 6-month parts warranty which I think is generous! Ellen also pointed out some interesting facts about using take 5 and within a certain time frame you can get fluid top offs if necessary I thought that was an added bonus and the price was right!!!"

"12/29/23 7:40am oil change. The receipt check list says they checked my coolant, tires, and even cleaned my windshield. No they did not. As the lady was waving me out of the pit I asked her when someone was going to fill my tires. To that I received a very insincere "sorry". Went home parked car. 12/31/23 first time back in car. Wife and I are dressed up for formal party, 3 miles from home and the splash shield falls off except for 1 screw holding the back end up. On SR54 I'm in formal attire on my hands and knees in the dirt trying to prop the cover up long enough for us to get back home. Never again Take 5 Oil Change. Picture included. Update- I called the number take 5 listed because they want to "make things right". No answer. I left a message on their answering machine. That was 4 days ago. Still no response. I live close to the take 5 so I am going to all my neighbors and warning them about this place."

"Teddy, Ken and the red head (sorry not sure of his name) were all respectful, nice and helpful. On other hand, Cody has a horrible attitude not only towards customers but to his own coworkers. He did not properly rematch the skid plate so it was dragging all the way home as I was driving. It eventually came completely off.. I had to drive all the way back for them to correctly reattach it. Cody has no idea what he is doing, he didn’t even know how to reset the oil reminder light inside the car. He pulled up a YouTube video to learn how to do it(which is okay if you’re honest). He still couldn’t figure it out and told me “ I don’t know, just do it when you get home.” He truly ruined my experience which was great from all the other employees. I wouldn’t let Cody touch my car again even to lift the hood."
