"Chris is a great teacher, and an honest hard-working businessman with lots of experience. He has mentored a great team at Talin RV in Brooksville FL. They are a no nonsense group and Chris and Bethany (his right hand, and team lead, with years of field experience herself) run a very tight ship and are truly customer focused. They did my guardian plates last year, a total of six, on three slides. I couldn't be happier. They did it right! They did it in about 3 days. And now I can sleep at night without worrying about floors or slide corners. While I was there, they also solved a long-standing problem with the slide topper on the same long slide. It's a two-piece mechanism, and the spring appeared to have broken, when in fact, it had unwound because the "ears" in the end-cap had worn off due to a bad bracket/connector in the center of the slide, and a resulting bowing of the roller. They figured it out in nothing flat and had it repaired in a few hours, with a new spring just to be sure. More recently, January 2024, Chris personally consulted on a slide adjustment that was needed and elaborated on every detail to enable me to do it myself. He also identified a couple of potential areas that needed caulk renewal to prevent leaks. And gave me instruction on the beltline that was starting to pop where the roof joins the sidewall. Again, he covered every detail of how to do the repair. It amazed me that with such a busy repair facility running at full throttle, he would take the time to personally describe the way to accomplish the repairs with such clarity. Talin RV has the right people, the right parts, the right know-how and experience. Schedule well in advance. Their services are in great demand."
