"Although I did not purchase my vehicle from Wesley Chapel Honda, the service department at this location is definitely awesome. A few of my favorite service personnel appeared to have moved on. However, they still have a lot of great people here. I purchased the lifetime oil change and every 10k mile alignment from this location. I personally suggest people consider this investment, trust me it's worth it. Take the time to do the math!!! We often make the time to write reviews when we’re unhappy. However, it was worth writing a review for the smallest yet very appreciated service received from DeVaughn Johnson. I recently had to purchase a replacement Honda trunk emblem and sensor radar cover. I was told I’d have to schedule and find out pricing for the service department to place them on when the part arrived. Upon taking the time to see the issue at hand, DeVaughn was on it. He took the time to take my car around back and fix the problem himself. Often times it’s the small things that have a big impact… because if you asked me, I would have simply gone home and crazy glued it in place. Like who’d ever want the emblem missing on their vehicle. Again, thank you, DeVaughn!"

My past few experiences with Honda dealership were not the most ideal but Justin definitely changed my mind. He was efficient, communicated throughout the whole process and even though he made a minor mistake, he fixed it and accommodated me. Give that man a raise! Super happy with his service."

"I bought my 2018 Honda Crv from (Wesley Chapel Honda) in 2018, and I only have it serviced there, because they can be relied on to provide a sound analysis to keep your car running optimally. I drove fleet cars for over thirty years and interacted with many service technicians, so I have some perspective. Recently, I encountered a persistent issue with my steering. I went online and found it too be an issue with my model year. I brought this to the attention of my service technician; Justin Dill- asst. service manager, he went right to work on it. He went online, talked to other service techs within the Honda network, and researched the problem and verified it with extensive test drives with his mechanic; Danny. Since it was out of warranty, he spoke with Honda Motors and his manager too help defer a significant portion of the costs. All the time he was very patient, and professional. I would truly recommend Wesley Chapel Honda, and in particular, Justin Dills, because they stand behind their product and represent some of the best in the business in my opinion."
