"Responded quickly; within an hour of calling. Jamie spent the later part of a Friday Afternoon diagnosing our furnace problem. We couldn't duplicate the problem of course (Murphys Law) but he shared all his knowledge and narrowed it down to the computer board. That was great because I can swap that out when I get home. He also was able to help with our water volume problem and changed out the backflow valve inlet. I didn't like the inexpensive fitting he happened to have on the truck, so he went to supply house and got a brass fitting. Jamie is first class. Thank you."
