"Had a few problems with my RV that even after CW had my RV for 3 months could not be bothered to do their job properly. Owner Ger was able to come out the next day that I contacted him. I had two separate issues at two separate times despite having a full electric workup that was paid for at CW, in the course of one week. I had a bad relay that was causing my batteries to overheat and charge and smell like rotten eggs. I had another problem where my carbon monoxide detector that is built into my RV was going off randomly. It turned out that it was old and is only meant to last around 5 years. So I was able to get that replaced as well. Very reasonable hourly rate; and if you're not very mechanically inclined goes over what's been done, how he's fixing it, and will show you for future reference."

"Repair work was fine and fair, but thinks every other human in the universe is dumber than him. Must not want repeat business. I updated my review from 2 stars to 1 star. I had to rework the the repair. He didn't properly tighten the wire to the plug and we lost power again. So, I ended up paying $140 and did the work myself, anyway."

"Hired G and N to replace a rubber roof and awnings on our RV. Paid $2500 up front with agreement to pay another $3300 upon completion of the job. The job they did was horrendous. The roof covering has air bubbles and wrinkles all over it. They did not seem to know what they were doing or to have the proper tools for the job. One of the awnings they installed was the wrong color. They damaged the air conditioner seals, installed the antenna wrong so it won't go up and down, left a big mess and got glue on the interior of the rv. We sent pictures to Dicor, the manufacturer of the roof covering, who agreed it was a terrible job. When we refused to pay the balance until the roof was fixed, the contractor scratched our rv with the keys and threw them in the woods, made threats to us, and left. We have been forced to get the job re-done by another company which will cost us more than $5000, in addition to what we've already paid G an N."

"Had an issue with our slide out and Gerhard arrived when he said he would and with a great attitude and a sense of humour was able to repair the issue and get the slide closed. He checked it a few times before we left and has been working properly for almost a week and I don’t anticipate any more issues.Gerhard was great to deal with and his price was very reasonable.
