"2 weeks ago I brought my car in for brakes & rotors and oil change. I had been quoted over $700 for the brakes and rotors alone, at a chain shop, and told I needed front and back pads and needed them now. I'd also had my oil changed at that chain shop, when they gave me the estimate for brakes (they were doing a check on their own, I didn't go in asking for them to check my brakes) and the oil change should have lasted 5000 miles, but my maintenance light came on after just 3000 miles. I felt like something was off at the chain, so I brought the car to Chaz. Had life on pads, rotors were warped, and back brakes were fine. Plus oil change was out just over $300! Less than half of what the chain wanted for just brakes! They also told me I didn't need pads immediately, but I have a heavy commute, and my rotors were warped, so I had them just do it all. Last night I pulled out of a parking spot and the cement curbing ripped off my engine guard. They got me in first thing this morning, fixed it right up and only charged me a couple of bucks. These guys are so fantastic! Honest mechanics who deliver quality work & excellent customer service. You may have to wait a little while to get your car serviced, if it's not an emergency, because they are very busy! But I assure you, if you can wait, they are worth the wait! And if it's an emergency, they do their best to squeeze you in. After years of being jerked around by mechanics, Chaz is my go to shop!"
