"There is nothing first class about working with them. Rich’s communication is sporadic and in person aggressive. His wife and business partner is confrontational. Rich made us feel like he was doing us a favor every time he needed to be here, which was not very often during construction, and unfortunately more than a few times for repairs since. He was quick to defend every vendor he recommended, except they were a headache also. Two of his preferred vendors have google reviews so bad they’ve reviewed themselves to boost ratings. Unethical in itself. His cabinet installer Ron White had a meltdown of diva proportions while in our kitchen because the garbage can was on the wrong cabinet. It took someone else to come out and move it, but they left the gaping hole on the backside of the cabinet door. At each turn Rich and his team were quick to blame every other specialist. The electrician, the plumber, the builder of the home from 40 years ago. It was always someone else’s fault, and someone else should be fired. It may have been our age or inexperience but Rich and his crew took advantage of our newness at every turn. His floor installer required we bring in the tile plank boxes ourselves. 68 boxes at 65 lbs each, we carried in and stacked. When we brought up inconsistencies with our flooring, Brian said to let it settle for two months and that he stood by his work. That proved to be untrue when he was back to fix it two weeks later, and Rich fixed additional mistakes after. Our garage became their additional storage when they ran out of room at their warehouse. I was nervous about a stacked unsecured cabinet falling on a child the entire three weeks they were in there. These are things contractors didn’t ask of our elderly neighbors when they did their remodel, or of my parents who are currently remodeling their kitchen with another company. The construction and renovation process was one I hope to never go though again, but if you’re looking for a company for a kitchen or floor remodel, I highly recommend you go elsewhere. I can only hope to save someone else the frustration we endured."

"I want you to know that Rich and his crew did a wonderful job on a total remodel of our kitchen. They showed professionalism at all times. they were there when they said they would be there. They cleaned up constantly. Very high quality installation. I would highly recommend First Class for any of your projects. You will be sorry if you do not use Rich and his crew. It was a great experience for us. They will do the complete job or coordinate with other groups, if needed, which makes it easier for you the homeowner. We had a total demo of the kitchen, replaced floors, cabinets, and put in granite counter tops and backsplash. It is like a showroom. We love it. Awesome job..."

"Thank you , thank you, thank you!!! to Rich, and everyone at First Class Flooring and Cabinet... I had a budget and a plan, and Rich and his wife worked both of them out beautifully!!! I went from despising my kitchen to loving my new space!!! (See pictures below before and after). The project was completed start to finish in 4 weeks and that was even with an unexpected glitch. All of the individuals that worked for or were contracted by Rich to work on my kitchen were top notch!!! I appreciate Rich and his rapid responses to my questions and concerns, along with his presence on the job. No doubt, I would recommend these folks to everyone and will definitely call them again for any future needs!"
