Her attention to detail was clearly evident when she told me she wasn’t happy with the way water was beading on the car and had them put a coat of wax on it. She made sure to have my car pulled outside into the sunshine so she could inspect it with me. Both she and a tech did a few minor touch ups outside before they were satisfied it met their standards.
