"Purchased a used Jeep with 200000 miles from an individual and brought it here for a 150 point inspection. No write up was given other than a verbal “oil looks good and tires have uneven wear”. Cashier didn’t know what the shop rate was when asked. Communication between the shop and us was poor with the vehicle not being done on the date specified and us having to call for updates. Nothing one would expect to find on a vehicle with this kind of miles/wear was found, wheel bearings, bushings, break lines etc. I have a strong feeling we got ripped off and the Jeep will be in another shop getting something fixed that this dealership failed to find. Would not recommend."

"Sadly, after arriving to purchase a car we had chosen, we learned that this dealership had been dishonest about the price online. They wanted to charge dealer fees and cleaning fees of $5k on a car that was listed at $15k, making the total over $20k. By their admission they posted a falsely low price to “get customers in the door.” Not only that, the car smelled horribly of smoke and had numerous areas of damage that should have been a point of possible negotiation (or they should have priced it competitively in the first place). It is clear that honesty and fair pricing are not high priorities here. Buyer beware."

"This review is for the collision center. Our repair took MORE than 2 months, for a none frame damage bumper/fender replacement and paint. They collected insurance money for work not completed on the ticket, and scheduled car to be picked up without doing any type of “walk around “ or “quality control”. They did not bother to write supplement for additional pieces that were broke from the accident, and sent car home with a non functioning passenger door, broken plastic door trim, and scuffed wheels. The car had to be brought back, only to be picked up again with a passenger door that would not open. Also, communication was horrible. I would NEVER go back."

"I always liked it here when Darrin was Service Manager. They gave me a real run around this last time that cost me allot of time & money! My Ram is still not repaired nor will it ever go back to this dealer again. It is cheaper to have a Cummings certified mechanic come to my home & actually troubleshoot & repair my Ram. Sad as I have been a loyal Dodge man my whole life. These dealers want to shotgun troubleshoot with your wallet. Do your homework before accepting any dealer repair!"
