"Not a great experience this time. I've been here several times before and always had great service. This time it took 2 and a half hours just to do a simple oil change. Just an oil change, nothing else. I had an appointment and arrived on time. They knew about the appointment as I received numerous texts and emails reminding me, but they didn't seem to know about the appointment when I arrived. Took a while to find a service advisor for me. I was told it would be about an hour and 15 minutes. That's the last I heard from anybody until I started asking for status updates 2 hours into my wait."

"It took 2.5 hrs just to find what was wrong. The reason I came in for plus several other things. One of those things being something I had done just over a month ago. Makes you wonder. They have a lot of people working there, some seem to have a lot of down time. People were very pleasant."

"Went here on 03/17/23 to get an oil change that comes with a complimentary inspection. Service Advisor Mary Boulahanis was very rude and unprofessional. She told me I might need to change my brakes based on the car mileage (101k miles) and I told her that some of the brakes had been changed already but I am not sure if my daughter had changed the front or back brakes. Therefore I had asked Mary to let me know which ones might need to be changed during the multipoint inspection. When I was ready to check out, I was charged for engine oil treatment and fuel system treatment. The oil change, inspection, battery test and tire inspection/air top off was not charged as part of my package. The car supposingly has 101k miles but the engine was changed and therefore the new engine actually has 33k miles. My car has lifetime warranty for oil change and that was not charged; I also get complimentary vacuum and car wash service. When I asked about if the treatment was needed because of the new engine, she did not want to answer only yell that from now on that’s what I have to pay for. I didn’t fully understand but it was fine. When i went to check out and pick up the car, I then asked her if she found any issues with the brakes. She then yelled “Your daughter changed it, WHy don’t you ask your daughter?!” The car was not cleaned (vacuumed or washed) properly. I also noticed that there was no inspection sheet so I asked for one and she printed a blank sheet where nothing was checked off. I wanted to ask for a manager but they had gone home. It was near closing time, another employee offer if he can do anything to help but I told them I would contact the manager the next day. In addition, once I left the facility, all 4 Tires were low on pressure so i had to stop by a gas station! So far no one has contacted me yet in regards to my horrible experience."

"The service is an absolute joke. I took my car in for a simple oil change a when I got my vehicle back a got home a looked at my key fob it was all beat up. I called to let them know what was going on a they told me oops there is nothing we can do although it was completely fine when I dropped my car off. Mind you this this the second time 1 month I have had to go in for the same issue with my car.I would not recommend anyone to do business here an I wish I would have done a bit more research before dealing with them."

"Need a car or truck this is the place. Staff are very professional and quick to deliver their services. Armando is the man and Anyela the service write are top notch. I recommend them eyes close."
