"We had concerning noises coming from my truck's engine. Tim was so kind, professional, and caring. He was able to look at the truck VERY quickly and was very fair and reasonable. He also wanted to make sure we weren't going to be charged for unnecessary diagnostics or repairs. He just seems like a very honest guy. We will absolutely be coming here for all of our automotive repairs from now on. Highly recommend!"
"We took our service truck for an oil leak. $5,000 later, it was leaking in the same location within a couple days. Had to take it out of service again to try and get it fixed right. Charged us around $2-3,000 more… a week later still leaking in same spot. Had an employee take it back to discuss, and we’re told it’s just one of those trucks… We had initially taken to a Ford dealership and they had quoted a little higher initially than Tim’s, and after looking at it after Tim’s worked on it, it now cost $11,000 to fix what Tim’s damaged. Got it fixed properly, and discussed with Tim. He takes no responsibility because we had the audacity to take it somewhere else… he says they now have no responsibility for it. Incredibly bad ethics and work. Beware."
