"I’m a traveler in a 2018 Ram Promaster cargo van. My van broke down on Rt 19 in New Port Richey, Florida.@ 3:30 pm on a Friday. Cox Car Care was across the highway. I called, receptionist heard my story and said owner, Jim Wood would call me back. Within 15 minute I got his call. Said drive it over if I could. With trepidation I drove across highway to his shop. He quickly took a look at van. Serpentine belt was shredded. Now 4:15. I explained not only was I broken down but my van is my home. Jim was calm and efficient. Called around to get belt delivered quickly. 4:45 belt arrived. 5:30 job was completed and I was on the road again. The price was so reasonable that I offered him a $100 tip that he declined. I am so grateful to him for getting me back on the road in my home. Amazed that all this was done with patience, kindness and extending his Friday work day to assist me. Thank you. Great gentleman."

"Took my 2011 Ford Fiesta here, April 2021. Had an elusive AC problem and the cabin fan was not working on lowest setting. Also needed an oil change and my tire pressure warning light was on. Jim helped me and got me all squared away. Super helpful, explained every step and cost to me, and there were no hidden fees or surprises. Car was all fixed up in about 2 hours (this includes him getting the replacement part the car needed same day). Price was very good. Will come back here for any future needs! Edit: June 2022 updated review. Had my fiancée's Hyundai Tiberon towed here last night after uncertain mechanical issues left us unsure if her car could be safely driven or not. Next day, explained the problem to them, and within 3-4 hours, her car is all squared away and safe to drive. They've been so very helpful. They're even working with our schedule to do some further repairs to her car around our already planned vacation time. Outstanding prices, no shady business practices, honest and hard working folks here (it's been HOT outside, y'all, and they're still hard working), & their whole team is always so pleasant to work with. Just like my last review says, we will come back here for future needs. If your car needs any work, go here. Double edit: August 2023. Brought my wife's car here after it overheated. I had replaced 2 of 3 radiator hoses, but the problem turned out to be the bypass hose I didn't replace. Jimmy got the hose ordered and had it fixed up and ready to go in less than 24 hours. Just like the rest of my review says, go here if you want an honest, hard working mechanic to fix your car right up."
