"Scam I repeat scam. Absolutely filth and ripoff of a company. They shouldn’t be in business period. We were there in mid January and they are still holding onto our deposit. You call and customer service is just as bad. They are no help. They just read a script. The guys at the rental are ridiculous and rude as can be. The driver from airport took over an hour in a half to pick us up. Then arriving to get rental it took over an hour with many fees and then given a freakin beater. This car was dented and scraped like a damn derby car. Then they pull another car out that has not a freakin scratch to it for another couple. Stick with enterprise."
"DO NOT RECOMMEND! I had to wait for over an hour and about half the people in front of me ended up canceling their reservations. When I got to the counter, the attendant told me that I had to pay an additional $80 to waive their insurance and use my own. If you decline their 12.99 per day toll service, they charge 14.99 PER TOLL. I would never use this place again. You’d be better off booking with the big brand rental services."
"Run! I have never had a worse experience in my life. I tried contacting this “company” via phone, email, social media to change our pick up time as we were delayed. We waited two hours in line and saw every customer leave the facility irately due to undisclosed fees ($2500 deposit, $80 a day in insurance and you needed to bring proof of your own) and not having cars. The staff could have cared less. We were told we were too late to pick up our car and our reservation was cancelled. We spoke to the manager who was so rude and walked away mid conversation. You are not saving money using this place. You are only getting a headache with hidden fees. Every person there left screaming at the employees I’ve never seen anything like it. Run run far away"
"An EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE! My experience at this car rental desk was by far the best experience I have ever had! It was quick, easy and smooth! We were greeted by two of the most wonderful and pleasant agents by the name of Kathy and Fabi! They were both AMAZING! They made the process both fun and easy. They carefully explained everything to us so that we had clarity concerning our rental. They were both knowledgeable of the area and guided us skillfully on where to visit and things to do! I was very pleased with my experience at this rental company and I want them to know that they have Two AMAZING and WONDERFUL workers there by the name of Kathy and Fabi! Thank you ladies for a wonderful experience!"
"SCAMMM!! This was the worst experience we have ever had. Never rent a car from this. We booked online and bought the insurance online but once we got to the counter they said that the system did not register and we needed extra insurance. Everyone in the place experienced the same thing and was upset with this scam. It was the Christmas holidays so we had no choice but to stick with our reserved car since we had already payed in advance $398 CA online. on top of all this we had to wait in line 1 1/2 hours and the girl at the counter was so rude. Telling us our advanced payment was not enough even though online it was made clear that the car was payed for in full. Additionally they charged us a deposit of $250US that should have been returned to my account once the car was returned, however I have not got that money back and it’s been over a week. My bill came to a total of $1030 CA. Once we saw the bill we saw that they added extra charges. The photos is where we picked up the car. The other photo is the Hub rent a car confirmation of our car( online booking). They made all these charges. Online 239.92 US don’t know what it is for? Online CDW 250. 00 excess don’t not what it is. You can’t even see the printing. my husband was the only driver they add me to the driver 103.92 US. Then a security deposit of 250. They have not return to me. This bill is so mess up. I don’t even see what was the insurance. Be aware they only give you the contract when they give you the car. This company need to be closed. Rent for a reputable car rental. Everyone in that line complained for the same reason. I am looking how I can have a response. I ended up paying 1500 for a 8 day rental which was suppose to only cost 398 Canadian which I paid in advance."
