"Honestly I tried this place out I would not recommend them they will throw your vehicle to the bottom of the list and tgey will not call you when you call them it will be lie after lie they won’t return phone calls even after telling you they will for a transmission shop that’s been around a while they are clueless it seems it’s a family business and I don’t know how they are still in business terrible if I could give them 1 star I would beware of this place steer clear at all cost turner transmission is way better go there"

"The staff seemed great, but it took over a month to repair the transmission. They lied a couple times about the days the car was supposed to be done, and as well as when the parts were to arrive. Since they put a rebuilt transmission in, I’ve kept having problems with my blinking sensor light. Took it back, they supposedly fixed it. But a good few months later, the issue persists."

"I went to get my truck repaired and a week later, I find out that my truck wasn’t even worked on. They said they couldn’t lift the truck up because there is rust under which I completely understand however, it’s unprofessional how they let my truck sit without telling me that it can’t be worked on. I was told by Robert that my truck would be ready in two days then I go back and they tell me they can’t work on it because they can’t lift it due to the rusting. Ok, that’s fine, just COMMUNICATE with the customer and let them know that you can’t work on it. Luckily I’ve found someone else to fix my truck but geez POOR COMMUNICATION! If you do business here, make sure there is COMMUNICATION!!!"
