"Buy a dining table which on the website has one measurements and in reality it has others The company does not take responsibility, they hide behind the fact that their policy has no exchange or refund. but they sell something with different real measurements and they don't want to take responsibility I ask for the change due to the measurements they are or to return the money paid and the real measument are 44' wide 31' high"

They genuinely wanted to help me and I felt so welcome. The products were perfect and delivered on time! Couldn’t be even more happier."

"The absolute worst customer service after the sale. Purchased an entire kitchen suite, Refrigerator, Range, microwave and dishwasher on Sunday from the Port Richey store. It all was delivered on Tuesday which i had someone at my house but rushed home from work (luckily) to make sure everything went right. The one delivery guy wanted to leave the old Refrigerator in the middle of my dining room. Said, " I have no time to move it." It needed to be moved maybe 20 feet into the garage. I got him to do it. I paid for install on the above the range microwave and dishwasher. They said they'd call me to install. They called Thursday night and said they'd come the next day Friday to install and they'd let me know what time within 2 hours that day. No one called or came by. I payed someone to be at my house when the installer came. I started calling when i got home around 3:30pm. No one and i mean no one cared. I said i work Monday through Friday and they needed to come on Saturday. But nope. They called and said, "we can be there Monday." Again i work all week. But the could intall next Saturday. 2 weeks later. Talked with the store and told them i wanted to return the items dishwasher and microwave and the 1st thing out of the salesman's mouth was, "Just to let you know, my manager said their would be a re-stock fee of 15%." Thanks Conn's, you screw up and charge me. Then he said "ohh wait we'll waive the fee." So instead ive decided I'm keeping it all and getting a refund on the install on the microwave and dishwasher and will have to find someone to install for me. This could've all been fixed if they would send someone out this Saturday to take care of it when im home. But they wont do that. Terrible customer service. I will never shop there again. No one cares over their after they get their sale. Good luck if you buy anything from them and expect customer service after the sale."

"I haven’t done business with this company, however, I did look into financing last week just to see what it was all about. I’ve now been called a multitude of times, the most recent being today. While I was teaching my class, I get a call from a local number that isn’t saved as a contact so I sent it to voicemail. Immediately, the guy called back, so I was thinking it may be an emergency with one of my kids. So, I stop teaching my class to answer the call and the guy tells me he’s calling from Conn’s. I immediately told him I’m a teacher and in class but answered because he called back twice and I thought it was an emergency. He was kind of snarky and said he would call me back. Don’t bother. I’ve blocked the number. And I would never be a customer simply because of their phone tactics."

"Edit: we did contact you, you repetitively hung up on us and told us you" didn't know how to withdraw" your fraudulent action. We tried resolving the issue in store, we tried solving this issue via email and phone. You simply refused to be a reputable or honorable business, and continued to harass us. I have submitted a report to the Better Business Bureau including documentation and entailing what can only be described as filthy and dishonerable behavior from your business. Very unknowledgeable and pushy staff, we were looking to buy a new washer and dryer and ended up finding a better deal, after we left they ran our credit without our consent and continue trying to get us to finance and buy through them, we bought our units outright from another retailer and they are refusing to withdraw the credit report they pulled without our knowledge or consent. They also will not stop calling us to come back and open and use said line of "credit" after we've repetitively asked them to stop. DONT GO HERE, THEY WILL RUN YOUR CREDIT IN AN ATTEMPT TO FORCE YOU TO DO BUSINESS WTH THEM."
