"I went in for an oil change and they rush through it. I don't believe they changed my oil filter because my car started chugging the next day after and I had it checked with the engine analysis and it read that I was over 1 quart of oil in my car. Every time I have tried to get an appointment they are rude and make you feel like you are an inconvenience."

"I went to this place today to have a tire changed onto a rim. One of my tires (front passenger) went flat at a family gathering. I patched it and drove home, but it still continued to leak. I went by this place the next day. I have 20" x10" Moto Metal rims with 37x13.50 Toyo mud tires. I had an old Toyo tire from the last time I got new tires. I wanted to have one of the old Toyo tires put on the rim to get me through till next payday when I could order some new tires. This place was not able to change the tire. They were able to gouge the rim up pretty good, though. Bill would not even apologize about the gouges, but instead told me that he had not looked at the rim so he could not say whether the gouges were there before. I have three other rims that have not one scratch on them. Also, where the clamps hold the tire there are big gouges along the bead. Bill would not take responsibility for them, either. If this place can mess up a tire change that badly, you should avoid them with anything more intricate. The arrow shows the gouge. It is about 1/8"-1/4" deep. Not something that can be cleaned and polished out. The circle shows the scratches, which could possibly be cleaned up and polished away, but I did not cause these. I did end up taking the rim and tire to KC's Auto repair. Knocked it out without any hassle. From now on, that is where I will go if I need some repair work done."

"Blew my radiator in the middle of nowhere.. Thank god I was only 10 miles from Bills shop. They hauled ass to pick up the part in the next town over and worked some overtime to keep my 1300 mile trip alive. Thankfully I'm in DC now with no problems... would go back there in a heartbeat because they are trustworthy guys who do great work for a good price. Thanks again guys!"
