"I went to get an estimate about several things on my car, however they did not say that they charge per item they look at. It was $85 per item I wanted estimated. They blindsided me with that charge. Then said they would email and text me the detailed estimate of each job to perform and I never received a text or email from them. The paper he gave me of the estimate was very confusing and he acknowledged it was and said the email format was easier to read. I never bothered asking them about it because since I was shocked by the price of the estimate I did not want to be surprised by any other charges if the work was done there. Poor communication over all."

"I recently started bringing my e92 here after hearing from multiple different enthusiasts that this is the shop with the "BMW gurus" of Gainesville. Owned by the combined forces of the shop formerly known as "Bavarian Auto Gruppe" and another specialty shop, the staff here really knows their stuff. The work and parts aren't cheap, but in this case I think the value of their knowledge base certainly makes it worth the price. Plus, when considering work on BMWs generally comes at a premium, they have relatively reasonable prices; especially compared to some of the euro specialty shops I've patronized before. I particularly appreciated how the service techs took the time to answer all of my questions to help me fully understand the services to be done and the justification for the price of the labor and parts. I plan to keep my e92 for 10+ years like I did my e36, and I think this shop will help get me there!"

"Got my down pipe installed here on my 2018 440i BMW. As any car enthusiast knows, it is hard to find a place to entrust one of your car to. Admittedly I was skeptical of a European specialist located in Gainesville but lo and behold, they were amazing. They had a beautiful selection of cars in the shop, from an E92 M3, Ferrari 458, various VW and Audis. Working with Matt was a pleasure and I never felt rushed or pressured at any point from start to finish.
