"After leaving my car for many hours my car returned with more issues that I never experienced before like my car would not start right away, I had to keep trying turning it on and off until finally started and I was able to go on my day, I couldn’t understand what was happening. I called another mechanic because I don’t trust Tire Plus and he found that my gas plug was disconnected and so I had a gas leak and he fixed it. He told me someone unplugged it just enough to get it started but eventually did t run anymore. Beware of dishonest people working there so you have to keep returning to them. Also their prices are very expensive and they wanted to charge me $175 for a diagnosis, just to check the car, no way!! I go somewhere else!! So long Tire Plus!!"

"Just be careful. I called asking for a quote of a full synthetic oil change. $70.00. I go to pay…somehow my total is over $100.00 dollars now. I check the itemized receipt and suddenly the oil change costs $90.00. When I told them over the phone they said 70 they were like: oh that’s the over the phone price. And I’m paraphrasing but they basically proceeded to say: if you catch it, we’ll change the price back to what we said over the phone. I saved 30 dollars by catching a scam they tried to play by. The man servicing me even smiled a bit because I caught the lie."
