BIG D'S TOWING

"Bought a car and a truck bed from them they offered to bring us the car due to not having a tag to legally drive it home. Agreed to bring the truck bed the next day. A month and a half later my husband told them he’d come get it. They said they had a fork lift to use to load it. The guy they sent out didn’t know how to use the fork lift. The guy they sent out said TJ was sitting on the couch in the office. My husband who has had 4 back surgeries had to help load it by hand with the worker that was sent out while TJ sat on the couch! Poor communication the multiple times my husband contacted them!"
