"These guys are great. I took my LS 460 in for 100k mile maintenance and the prices they charged were about 20% lower than what Lexus quoted me. They were able to explain everything that needed to be done and even showed me the parts that needed replaced and told me why. They were very accommodating with my schedule and even allowed me to drive their loaner Prius while my car was in service. They also allowed me to bring in my own OEM sparkplugs and only charged me for the labor. Great people all around. Even the receptionist would always answer phone calls promptly and was very patient with questions."
