"If I could give them a 0 I would for customer service. Purchased a dinning room set last year and the they stayed the 1 year warranty expired, ok fine. Bur why is the chairs of the dining room falling apart within one year. Ok I than asked can I purchase new chairs at reduced price. Nope, u can't even pay for a technician to come and fix the chairs. Very very horrible customer service. Will never buy from there again."

"Wow I had an excellent experience with Ms. Doris and Adrianna. I was interested in a floor model red tagged item but didn't have anyone to come pick it up for me. They called around for me. That was so nice of them because they didn't have to do it. I ended up using a company called PT solutions ( also incredible). Ms. Doris called me back after I had left to let me know corporate came by and marked the prices even lower! I let her know what time I was coming back and they had it all wrapped for me ready to put on the truck."
