"They had my truck for 20 days and the problem still remains. At first they said labor would be $85/hr then later when they totaled my costs it changed to $98/hr. Their secretary is nice but if you talked to anyone else their customer communication was pretty terrible. The whole time they had my truck I never got any calls of what was going on unless I called myself to check on the status and even then some of the guys would just say they can’t tell me because the other guy was the one working on it. Definitely not planning to use their services ever again and certainly would never recommend anyone to them."

They were considerate and kept me informed as to what needed to be done and didn't try to do work on my car that didn't need to be done (and for all you naysayers out there I knew what needed to be done)"

"Thought this would be a good shop because they have more experienced mechanics, I was wrong. Had my vehicle for over a week with very little communication, when i received my vehicle back I had multiple items that had been stolen out of my vehicle even though they claimed to have locked it up. They told me they made a police report but I contacted the surrounding offices and found out they had lied. My vehicle also continued to have the same overheating issue after a week and $700 worth of labor. You would be better off finding another shop if you care about your property."

"Had tires mounted and balanced. Was taken care of soon as I arrived. Reasonable price for service rendered. No complaints. Will go back."
