They immediately removed it, sent it back to the company for repairs, then re-installed it. If you compare prices elsewhere you will find that LeChalet is well in line with other companies and the service they give is probably much better. They have always had quick, friendly service. "So you think you can save a few bucks buying a trailer from someone out of town. Maybe so but you'll never get the costumer service like you will from Le Chalet and that in my book is worth more than a couple bucks. Thanks again for the awesome trailer. Roger is top notch!!!"

"My trail was looking pretty bad . Just beat up . I went to le chalet and they replaced both wheel wells and a back tail light. Also there was a missing panel on the side they replaced a 4 × 6ft section. It looks like a new trailer. Will definitely come back .ty"

"We’ve had our trailer repaired here twice. First time was adding an extra set of brake drums on the rear axle, new chains and few other odds and ends. The second time was reconnecting the wiring after a ratchet strap wrapped around the axle. Both times they were done within 24hrs. Quick and quality service is hard to come by in Bay county. Thank you for your business."

"Mr. Roger Parker was very helpful. Inside showroom was still under reconstruction after hurricane Michael, but Roger helped us order what we went there for. Truck bed cover will arrive in a few weeks with the matching colour of our truck. Nice man to deal with. Will update when it's installed."
