"I make sure that my car is well taken care of! I’ve got the highest wash experience you can purchase, but I have it because I want to make sure my Honda looks as good as she feels. I come to the Tidal Wave on Tyndall Parkway in Callaway, Florida because it’s a great car wash establishment! The crew is always friendly, and they’re always making sure that all sprays and rags are stocked up. They also make sure that the trash is always kept empty. I’ve been coming here off and on for about 9 months. Best experience ever! I won’t go anywhere else. Keep it up folks."

"Do NOT bring your Jeep here. I brought my Gladiator in and it was filthy when I got done. The brushes didn't even touch the side of the Jeep. I thought their equipment was malfunctioning. And when I told the employee about it, she shrugged and said, " I'm sorry it doesn't do Jeeps well." $12.84-no offer of a refund. Just an, " I'm sorry" The attached photo is of our drying towel after we wiped it down after the wash."

"Normally i'd wash my own car, but i was feeling lazy and decided to give tidal wave a shot, suprisingly for $30 they washed half of my car, put tire shine on my front two tires, and ended up forcing me to get out of a slump and wash my own car. But hey the parts of my car that were washed look great!"

"Signed up last week for monthly membership. Went to use it today and it would not let me I . Asked worker at the gate and re-ran a card again for whole new membership, went through wash and came back around to see if they got it figured out. They said they cancelled first membership cause my truck would not fit good. Refused to refund me the 53$ I just paid for one wash. I did not want to pay for one wash. If you have me do new membership don’t wait until I am out the gate to deny me monthly plan and sock me with 30$ wash fee and cancel my plan. When I signed up last week the person reached around and busted my window vent shade trying to stick sticker on windshield and just said “Sorry”. You run my card on the 11th of this month I washed Yukon twice and you canceled me with no refund. Then charge me 53 dollars today to resign up, I run through again then say I can no longer come through and your charging me over half of the monthly membership I just paid for, for the one wash. I shouldn’t have to pay 53$ and a part your employee broke for a few washes and get runaround. If my vehicle does not fit, DO NOT RUN MY CARD FOR 53$ FOR ANOTHER MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP JUST TO SAY OH WELL WE WILL JUST CHARGE YOU 30$+ for this wash but don’t come back. Who would pay 30$+ to run your car through a wash once? I WANT TO BE REFUNDED FOR THE MONTHLY 53$ I was just charged with the help of your employees I was told to go through the wash tonight again! Your mistake for initial signing me up, (and employee breaking my part with his arm while placing sticker inside my window), Your mistake for signing me up again while trying to figure out why my pass wasn’t working, then SIGNING ME UP AGAIN and having me go through then tell me don’t come back after I pay? I need to speak to someone about this."
