"I called about 10:30 AM to see if I could get a front wheel alignment. Zach was very courteous at booking. My appointment had a 12 o’clock appointment. I arrive at 11:55 AM. Zach came out got my information got my keys Printed up my paperwork. The employee got my paperwork pulled my car on the rack did my work. I was in and out and less than 45 minutes. Waiting room was clean. Bathroom was clean. I received nothing but excellent service from communicating on the phone, upon arriving in the store and the completion of the work. I highly recommend Tire Kingdom and Lynn Haven Florida. Zach, the manager was great."

"I came in unsure of being able to fix my tire due to “company policy” but as you can see in my photo, the tire is clearly patchable. I feel like I was taken advantaged of for being a woman and they made me feel like it was my only option because of them being the only store being open. I do not live in the city and also have kids. It was the urgency of the situation and I was blindsided. Do not come here, you will get ripped off. I want a corporate person to contact me personally. If I could give zero stars I would."

"I went in for a slow leek in one of my tires and had to bring my toddler who hadn’t had a nap with me. Zach was VERY accommodating and understanding. He made sure I left with not one but two new tires (the original issue was not fixable) without breaking the bank during the holidays. I couldn’t be more grateful for the hospitality and kindness that was shown to my son and I today! Merry Christmas you all!
