"I discovered that the installer drilled the drawer front to far apart on one cabinet. Instead of ordering a new front, he bent the pull to fit the holes. This is just the last insult to injury. There were many other problems around this purchase, and I couldn't be more unhappy with the quality and service of this company. I will replace the cabinets as soon as I can afford to do so. They are an eyesore to my otherwise exquisite home. Advice - Go with your gut. I had a bad feeling early on but was talked out of it by my contractor. Leason learned."

"The kitchen cabinets were purchased after hurricane Michael at a price that I expected quality cabinets. Small kitchen, 16 cabinets and over $13K just for the cabinets. I was very clear with the sales rep on what I wanted. Solid wood, full over lay doors and drawers, built in look for refrig and W/D. What I got was equal to a Lowes stock cabinet but twice the price. There were many delays in the installation process that ended up taking 9 months to complete. The first installer was rude and a hack. 4 doors were warped and required replacing. The last replacement doesn't match-see picture. One hinge is already broken and replaced. 2 drawer slides required replacing. In hind sight I wish I had ordered KraftMaid cabinets from Lowes or Home Depot. That is what I wanted because I have experience with them and have never been disappointed. I was talked out of that by my contractor. He believed that I would get better lead times etc from Legacy, but that ended up not being the case. All in All it is an extremely disappointing experience and worse, the kitchen is a disappointment that I get to live with everyday. I don't like leaving bad reviews, but I feel it necessary to bring attention to my experience to at least give others a heads up."
