"Worst experience ever. Ordered a Sealy mattress and it was to be delivered today. We verified last week that it was in and scheduled for today. We even verified again yesterday that the delivery was scheduled. When it did not get the morning call for the estimated delivery time we called the company only to learn that they grabbed the wrong mattress. They would be happy to give us a firm mattress temporarily until the plush comes in. We flew here just to get the mattress we ordered. There was no attempt to get us what we paid for in a reasonable time frame. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company because you cannot rely on what they promise, especially when they promise three times."

"What a wonderful mattress buying experience! Thank you everyone at Mattress NOW! We stopped in and purchased a mattress. Even though we bought one of the least expensive mattresses, everyone in the whole process could not possibly have been any nicer, more accommodating or more professional. They did exactly what they said they would do and at the exact time they said they would do it. Sales was so low pressure, delivery was punctual and quick, and everyone was so polite and friendly. We purchased an in-stock mattress on Friday afternoon and it was delivered early Saturday morning. We have 12 more mattresses to buy and we will definitely be making those purchases at Mattress NOW!"

He even went the extra step of ordering us a mattress that wasn’t currently on the floor and gave us a 120 trial period to test it out. And the trial phase was critical because we upgraded once after the first 60 days. The free delivery team was very professional as well. All around great experience"
