"Roughly two years ago we moved into a new office space. NuView gave us a quote for tinting & we went forward with it. While there were a lot of delays, often no-shows followed up by excuses, the work they did was solid and the film looks as good today as it did when they installed it. While they were here I asked if they could do our logo in vinyl for the back wall at our front entrance. The answer was yes and the price was reasonable so we purchased that work too. They cut the vinyl and applied it perfectly. Since they'd done so well with these I contacted them some six months later when we bought a company van to ask if they could do the lettering on it as well. They said they could. While the application of all the previous installs was flawless, this one left something to be desired. Where the van panel contoured in, the vinyl was stretched over the troughs. I pointed this out immediately as a concern and was told, it will stretch and lay down over time. This seemed highly unlikely and I asked for it to be fixed. The patch work was sufficient in some areas, but it wasn't performed consistently. Since then I've reached out four times to ask for it to be repaired and have been told that it would be done, but no date commitment. My last message received no response. It looks like I'll need to reach out to a vinyl sign company to see if we have match the color and have it fixed."
