"My experience was a little different than most people’s interaction with this company. After my accident, my car was taken to a body shop and, soon after, totaled out and shipped off to IAA Pensacola. It was only then I realized I had left something of great sentimental value, irreplaceable in fact, in my car. The body shop got my VIN and suggested I call IAA about my situation. The lady I spoke to was extremely nice and professional, and assured me that if my item was in the car, they would have it back to me soon. Two days later, it was a Christmas miracle. I got back the cross that hung in my car, along with my ENTIRE CD collection which I had actually forgotten about! Thanks for all of your help and for actually caring. :)"

"I sold my car via Peddle dot com, who found an independent towing company (I realized later that the guy obviously didn't know what he was doing as far as the sale of my vehicle) He didn't bring any of the paperwork required by the State of Florida...only a paper check from Peddle. When I realized my tag was still on the car the tow guy told me to call IAA to get my tag...I left several voice-mails and now I'll probably have to pay a fee with the tax collector due to the ignorance and lack of communication between everyone. IAA never once answered my calls or returned my messages."

"If there was a negative star count I would've gave it -53 stars.... This place has HORRIBLE customer service. They treat regular delivery guys like 2nd class citizens. Do not recommend dealing with this company for ANYTHING."

"Employees are NOT taught how to treat customers OR humans in genera!! This place does not hire respectful men to work here at all. My niece was just assaulted physically by one of the male employees there. Then when I called to speak with the manager a female employee named Erin answered and I explained what just happened and she NOT once apologized for how he treated a young female. I would never in my life allow a man to put his hands on a young female in my presence but no one there stopped him! Very rude and unprofessional location in Milton I would NEVER recommend them to my worst enemy"
