I was told by a few other automotive people that this was not a quick or easy fix, so they sent me to Jeff. I highly recommend this shop! Jeff communicated with me every step of the way and even when it was bad news (part wasn't delivered to him when it was promised) he was up front with me and let me know. When the part did arrive.. at 430pm on a Friday he told me he and his team were going to stay till they fixed it. Sure enough, they did! Everyone there was so pleasant and wonderful to interact with. "ANOTHER 5 STAR REVIEW!!!!!!!!! Obviously there is a reason!!!!! I called Jeff, the owner on a Thursday afternoon. He made sure he had everything in stock for my Nissan Armada windshield. He then told me I could come in the next day at 8am and I could get my windshield replaced. Normally he said he would like to keep the vehicle all day and have me pick it up later, but I told him I had to wait because it was my only car. He then said it would be about 3 hrs wait, was I ok with that or would I like to reschedule. When I arrived at 8am, the next day, he drove me to Starbucks where I could study for a class that I was taking. He called me and picked me up when it was done and had all the paperwork completed. Super nice, very easy to work with. I would highly recommend using this company. In fact I will use him if I ever have a need to replace a window again ( I hope I don’t. But I will recommend him to everyone I know) as a general rule I do not post reviews if they are just normal, your job is your job, the expectation is that you do a good job, right? I post reviews when the company goes above and beyond… I consider this company to go above and beyond. I had a less than 24hr wait time, and he treated me like a rock star or a VIP!!! I love being treated this way…. Exceptional job Jeff. And thank you very much. I will be sending people your way for windshield repair."
