"Called for a tow and was told 1-1.5 hours. Two and a half hours later called 3-4 times with no answer and a no show. Nine hours later as I write this still haven't heard back. Called another tow company and they showed up in 30 minutes. Would highly recommend ACE towing before calling this company. Zero stars would be more appropriate for Kells Recovery Services in my opinion..."

"We have used Kell for years with excellent results, however, the last 2 tows have not been great at all. The most recent tow was the worst. The driver told me I was "lucky" that he came since he would be off the next day. He smirked when I thanked him for coming out for the tow. He took my 2023 SUV to a dealer lot where he dropped it with the sales vehicles & left it unlocked, keys in it, overnight despite the dealer have an overnight dropbox for keys; the dealer called me the next day looking for my vehicle. When I called the company about the truck, the person on the phone was not concerned at all about where my vehicle was or that the keys were left in it at the lot. I always try to use a local company, but Kell isn't making that easy lately."

"Used through my mom insurance. The driver James called and let me know when he was en route. Showed up earlier than what my insurance quoted which was awesome. James personable and professional. Will definitely recommend to friends and family if they need a tow!"

"Car broke down on the Interstate and my insurance sent Kell. The driver (believe his name was Jeffrey) was on scene within 20 minutes. I know nothing about the area, Jeffrey was able to point me to a good shop and where the good hotels are. He even gave me a ride to my hotel and made sure I was in safely. A not great situation made better by the kindness and professionalism shown by Jeffrey."
