"The technician deliberately uses very technical terms for customers who are non-native English speakers, instead of explaining it as simply as possible so that customers can understand. It was completely a deliberate attempt to cover up something. When I asked the technician if he could speak more slowly, he impatiently asked me to read a brief explanation on the document. And their explanation makes me feel completely unbelievable. They pretty much used the same rhetoric to get me to replace the part, but it didn't get fixed last time. Maybe they don't know what the problem is. And my car was not repaired last time. He said he would check it for me again, but unexpectedly he asked me for money again. The most annoying thing is that he didn't tell me beforehand that there would be a fee. Total fraud. Really the worst service experience. This gave me a very bad negative impression of the Chevrolet brand, or maybe this dealership. The most important thing is that my car is still not repaired."
