"If I could give it a zero I would!!! I have been waiting since May 5th for you to correct the problem with the lettering that I identified after receiving my grill. Originally you responded and told me you would send out a new letter "A". I then responded and advised you that it was both letter "A"s that were damaged. I was open to you replacing the letters to make good on the bad craftsmanship. Now, I just wish I had stopped payment to you for the product! Six months later you have done nothing for me. This is by far the worst customer experience that I have ever had with a company. And I plan on making every one of your clients and future clients aware of it. You have a phone that you can't leave a message on and people that don't get back to you. Your overpriced product and lack of quality control is evident that you take no pride in what you all do there. Extremely disappointed. I wish I never invested in one of your grills. $600+ for garbage! Absolute disgrace. This will be copied to all your social media accounts. Thanks for nothing."

"I have always had problems with db customz due to poor customer service. I have been waiting patiently since November 2022 for new led strips for my grille. I call and emailed everyday and nothing. Every time I've emailed, Danny marc Beaurivage answers saying they will send one the following Monday. That's a lie...I'm still waiting. Plus why are yall open if you don't answer the phone! I've called every day for the past month and they don't awnser! Very poor customer service"

"Great grill, but the light went out in it. Been trying to get a warrantied one sent out for over a year now. I even offered to pay for it. No emails back, no calls back. I've left multiple messages and multiple emails. Said they would ship something the one time I got ahold of them and never did. I will happily change my review to a 5 star if they reach out to me and make it right. Emailed 1/16/23 Update: 1/22/23 and still no answer from text or call."

"Awesome product. Changes the entire truck front end. Unique and looks oem. Plug and play. 30 minute install. And great customer service! Guy called me at hone to help replace a LED strip. People gotta be more understanding and stop treating small privately owned businesses like Amazon. This product starts out as a sheet of steel. Its a completely custom product. When its finished and ready to ship. Its finished and ready to ship. Have some patience with small businesses and stop holding them to the same standard you do billion dollar corporations."
