"In my search for a new vehicle I visited many dealerships. Some of those I walked the lot multiple times even strolling through the showroom without a single salesperson acknowledging me. Very disheartening. I happened to drive by this dealership and said what the heck I'll give it a try. I was met by Desmond as I was getting out of my car. Super nice guy and very knowledgeable about his products. Showed me several vehicles and I just wasn't wowed and then he said have you considered Wagoneer. We looked at the Wagoneers and let me tell you they are beautiful. They beat everybody in towns trade in value and even threw in a few extras for my new car. Very satisfied. Go see Desmond. He is a very honest and super friendly guy. Will do his very best to get you the best deal possible."

"Me and my husband went through them and if I could rate them 10 stars I would . James and will accommodated us in every way possible with the budget we had and the amount of room we needed . Our car was in the shop and we actually had no way to the dealer and James actually came and got us . Very accommodating and definitely won me over for future purchases. Would definitely recommend them to everyone I know . Will and James were very nice and pleasant as well as everyone else there ! Definitely will be returning in the future . "Very disappointed with Finance Dept: with Scott Wells! Please do not do business with Scott Wells, in Finance Dept, Mr. Scott Wells slips in extra items, that you did not ask for at all, such as dent protection and etch security protection, about 825 dollars extra!!! We only found out about these expensive items which were added to our contract, through our Bank!! The Finance Dept should go over these extra items, before you leave dealership, but they never did disclose this to my wife!! Eventually, the victim, the customer will find out about these add on expensive items, put on without our permission, that we would never use at all, we never asked for them and we do not need them!! Thank goodness for our honest bank, who informed us!! We do not want these items and we do not need them!! Hopefully they will cancel them and cut a check to our bank, for these extra items!! I went back fast to this dealership and I signed a cancellation paper, to cancel these two expensive items, immediately!! I said from the beginning, as soon as I sat in the Finance Dept chair, with Scott Wells, at this Dealership, "I want nothing extra!! I feel that a Woman, a Navy Veteran, a Senior Citizen, deserves a professional environment!! I feel that they tried to take advantage of me, they lied, and they were corrupt and dis-honest!! I spoke up to my Bank, and I had them investigate this Scott Wells, in the finance dept, at this dealership!! My Bank did an excellent job, protecting and helping me!! "Desmond Cowart was super friendly and very knowledge. He and the team here, were great at working with me to get my payments where I needed them to be. Pleasent experience as far as customer service goes. Didn't receive the contract at signing (my fault because i was running late for work and in a hurry) Very disappointed three weeks later when I finally received a copy to find out what they gave me for my trade-in. They could have done much better at disclosing everything at signing time. Moral of the story... take a good look at the contract before you sign the dotted line. Had I known, I would have turned the deal down."
