"Had appointment set for afternoon, about 3 pm I texted him to find out if he was going to come. He texted back, that he was in Alabama, and would be there all day. Would not been upset, but he never attempted to contact me and update his schedule. It was too late and now I have to drive back to Oklahoma, with a full black tank of waste. Not sure if that is the kind of service you expect in Florida, but we deal with people that keep you abreast of problems, so things can be arranged with others to handle situations."
