"Owens has had our truck for 11 weeks. Customer service is unprofessional. They do not call to update you about your vehicle. They said it was going to finished on Friday July 1st 2022. No one called us, so we called them before closing only for them to say it will be the week after next. The vehicle did look good once we got it back. Customer service needs improvement."
