I did everything asked of me and was told “this isn’t working out” because he couldn’t find anything for me to do and I simply asked about new hire paperwork. This guy is shady and I personally think he has a screw loose. If you receive a job offer from Rodney, just know he might change his mind on a whim and fire you after getting you to leave your job to come work for him. Also, I got to see the way they work in this shop and all I can say is CUSTOMER BEWARE."
