"Awesome team of mechanics! They do the repairs on our company trucks. They are super knowledgeable and friendly. A+ Service!"
"Horrible communication bordering on blatant lies. Shady service and manipulative pricing. Dropped our truck off first thing on a Monday to get an engine seal and transmission reservoir seal replaced. My partner was told they needed it for 3 days and advised them not to change the oil, as we had just done that less than 1k miles ago, and if they needed oil to use the 12 gallons we had on the truck. We were quoted 10.7 hours of labor to do this job. We call Val Wednesday to get an ETA for completion and were told the truck hadn't even made it into the shop yet and that they were backed up a week, which was never mentioned Monday. We tell them we will pick it up Thursday to run a load and we will bring it back again Sunday to be ready for Monday. Val tells my partner that they have already replaced 2 Coolant lines and an egr line, despite this truck being deleted, which Val later denies ever saying (yet showed up on the final invoice). Truck finally makes it into the shop, when we are called and told that this job requires extra work to drop the radiator. Not sure how they didn't know this beforehand but whatever. Call Wednesday again since 10.7 hours of labor should already be done in 3 days, and told it will be ready Thursday. Partner arrives and we are charged DOUBLE the hours of our original quote (21 hours) AND they charged us $500 for an oil change we specifically told them not to do. When my partner confronts them about all of this, Val hides in his office and we are pawned off on the owner's son, who was unwilling to work with us in anyway to remedy their blatant price gouging. We later find out from another source that Lazzari is used to working big carrier and government contracts that they can charge whatever they want and get paid no questions asked. Find another diesel mechanic."
"Fantastic folks to do business with. Val is a great guy that supports and believes in his team and it shows through the quality of work that they do. Highly recommend!"
"These guys are the BEST!! We drive an old RV, and they have always gone the extra mile for us. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!"
"I am deployed and therefore had to get my HMMWV towed to them to get a water pump put in. They ended up doing some more work and assured me that they were not pulling one over on me. When it came to my final bill, I asked them about a few charges because they were charging me for items that I provided them. At this time they provided me a new invoice with the questioned charges removed but new charges added to make the total slightly higher than the invoice I had questioned. The vehicle now is blowing white smoke and it is not running right so I may end up having to take it somewhere else. Update... Upon going home on leave I found that they put in the wrong brake fluid mixing it with what was in it. Being a Diesel Mechanic shop they should know not to mix DOT 3 with DOT 5 brake fluid. Additionally, one of the leaks was a major leak and was something as simple as tightening a clamp. Still need to figure out the power steering leak. Not sure if that is their fault or not yet. Had to come back to my deployment before I had time to look into it."
