"Showed up before 7AM due to a screw being buried in a tire. Adam is the first one there and before he even had the door open, he greeted me with a smile and said "Good Morning!" Once inside I told him what I had and wondered if he could squeeze me in. Well, he did and the work was done very quickly. Even the tire guy had a good attitude and it's hard to find that, especially in the mornings. $27 later they pulled off my spare I had, repaired the puncture, refilled and mounted the tire, and last but not least, put my spare back in my trunk for me. I know this may seem like minor work for some, but when you just get off a 12 hour shift, it feels like fresh air."

"My vehicle was serviced here in March of 2023 and the technician stripped out a nut on my valve cover while reinstalling a coil pack and tried to cover it up. I was told that I would be refunded the cost of the tune up and reimbursed the cost of getting it fixed at any other reputable shop as long as I provided proof of an estimate and payment. $980 later my valve cover was replaced in April and I still have not received a refund as of October despite numerous phone calls assuring me this would be taken care of. There’s not even a dispute of what happened; they just can’t seem to make the refund happen 7 months after everything occurred."
