"My experience was 5 stars - I went one day and my husband purchased me a new bracelet with a charm to start it off. I came back the next day and was treated with top tier customer service. I brought my other bracelet back to see if they could clean it, it was badly oxidized. Ismael took time to explain the technique he’d use and cleaned every charm, it looks amazing. He even took the time to show us what we could do to maintain the cleanliness of them at home. I told him I was absolutely going to leave a review because he treated me so well. This is why I always come back to Pandora!! I can’t remember the name of the young lady who sold me my new bracelet, but she was amazing too."
"There line is always a ridiculously long and they won't help you with more than one thing at a time. I waited patiently in line to pick up an online order. When I got to the front I told the associate I needed to pick up an item and return an item she informed me that I would have to wait in line again to do my return because she wasn't able to assist me. I found that absolutely ridiculous. Why not train all your staff to assist customers in any situation if you know that your store is that busy all the time. There "manager" was no more of any help."
"Had a terrible experience at this store. Waited 45 minutes in a line to pick up an online order. Only for them to call online orders when I was the next one up. When placed order said it would be available within 2 hours. I had been over 3 hours since I placed it. They refused to just get the items and asked me to come back. I had limited time and if I knew it would be longer than their within 2 hour notice at check out I would have made alternate arrangements. The man that took care of us had an attitude immediately when he came to the line outside the store and was rude. Just poor customer service. It took a while to fight holiday traffic to drive, park, walk into the mall and wait 45 minutes for an item they were supposed to have. I could have technically just shopped for the item there and they would have given it to me but because I preordered I couldn’t have it. Just absurd. Given the circumstances, I will not be picking up my order a) because I won’t have time in the next three days and b) I don’t need to support a business with no sense of customer service. Will not be purchasing from them ever again."
"Let’s make this clear anyone giving this store a positive review is LYING. Any positive reviews is just an employee making fake reviews. This is absolutely the WORSE store to deal with. The manager’s there are the rudest, and could care less about providing customer service. They truly don’t care about the customer or providing excellent experience. The sales people there could careles about selling you a product that actually fits your needs. They only care about the money and nothing else. They are EXTREMELY INEPT at product knowledge and again they DO NOT CARE. We tried to buy a heart shaped locket and chain with a signature engraved on it personalized to us. Unfortunately the salesperson did not warn anyone that the locket we want is not for a necklace but rope bracelet. We asked why would you sell us a locket not made for the chain you recommended with it. Her response was “it’s our fault we should have known that” wow! How arrogant and condescending she was, they refused to own up to their mistakes and brushed us off. We have been for 3 months trying to resolve and the manager’s, aales people don’t care about the customer. We then tried the main office and after 6 hours on the phone they authorized 1/3 refund which is NOT ACCEPTABLE! All of this could have been avoided if the sales person, manager would of not given a recommendation for a locket and chain that do not work together before any engraving. They never own up to mistakes, they don’t stand by their products and to make it worse you will be yelled at, talked down to and brushed off like lint. If you want a positive experience DO NOT shop here. The people are terrible."
