Mimi's Ravioli

"First of all let me say that I’ve been going to Mimis for many years over 10. Their product tho very expensive are very good quality. I don’t know who the counter girl was not that she was rude, she just was not as cordial or friendly as I’ve experienced in the past. When I use to come in they say good morning or good afternoon thank you for your business no more of that. My neighbor also an Italian family has agreed with me maybe this review may change that."

"I went to Mimi's for a slice of grandma pizza and a Nutella lobster tail (pastry, not a sea bug, sfogliatelle's cousin). Both were delish! Had it been earlier in the day, I would've also enjoyed an espresso. I love Mimi's!"

"I have been going to Mimi for 20 plus years and it has always been amazing. I never had a bad experience with the staff, the food or the sweets, which are all exceptional. The spinach ravioli and fresh mozzarella with some fresh wheat rolls has been my go too and favorite forever. Also you cannot forget the cannoli’s, they are to die for!!!! If you want a treat, this is the place to go. It’s not cheap but it worth every penny and then some!!!"

"Not the same customer service I used to get at Mimi’s. At the cashier counter I was helped by a lady that spoke Spanish named Estella, very rude and condescending. At the line there was no one behind me so I don’t understand her nasty attitude. I selected a few bakery goods while my food was getting prepared. While selecting, she gave me a nasty laughter as if she was bothered to work. This lady needs to be trained to have social skills, specially when her job involves customer service. Felt like canceling my whole order since she didn’t want my money and was so bothered. On the positive side, the other Spanish lady that was packing my food was nice and gave appropriate service. The food was fantastic as always and do recommend. The pastries I liked were the honey walnut raspberry bars and a chocolate phyllo pastry. Hope Estella gets appropriate training or finds something where she doesn’t have to interact with people."
