"This store is getting worse and management doesn't care. I ordered an online birthday cake for pickup and yes they managed to screw this cake up too. Asked for marble cake got a vanilla/chocolate layered. When I went to pick it up the lady at the counter was rather rude, didn't want to be bothered. I've stopped coming here for a while but this was the final straw. I'll try a mom and pop bake shop rather than this stupid store."
