"I heard about this new food truck with Cuban food a few weeks ago. I just had to come try it on its opening day. I had the stuffed avocado with a side of plantain chips. It's simply Delicious. (It's freaking delicious!!). The plantain chips literally take me back home to when I was a little girl. They have a thicker cut than usual. That's how my mom used to make them. By the way my mom is from Guatemala. but my dad taught her how to cook Cuban food. So this definitely brings back memories. The girl at the cashier it's also helping out to cook the food I think. They seemed a little bit overwhelmed since it's their first day. But they were super sweet. I wish them the best of luck. P.s. They're on Instagram too by the same name."
