"It was terrible service I came in because I didn’t have the receipt for an item, and I wanted to use the exchange for a credit for an item that I would have paid the rest. One employee told me that she could do it but then the other employee told me they cannot. She told me that I needed the receipt. I asked her then what should I do with the pet bed and she said give it to my dog. Lol that was the whole point. If my dog didn’t like it was because my didn’t even wanna get in. I even told her that you guys had the same product in the back, but she told me that I could exchange it for a whole same product In which is stupid. Very rude customer service. Very rude, employees and they are liar. never again coming back."

"Can’t believe that I purchased Cheetos in the tall can. Once I got home I put my snacks up. Later that night I decided I wanted to watch a movie and eat my Cheetos. They were already eaten out of! I don’t see how lp didn’t catch that. As a former lpo officer. Things like this isn’t supposed to happen. I’m blaming it on and I mean no offense. All blame goes to lpo they’re in control of watching the items in the store. And many years ago I worked for family dollar. So I know how it goes"

"When I went with my mom is a mess is one cashier and some person came and yell and the cashier was talking back have good snack but it smell weird and they are homeless people out of the store and they come in never again I'm going to that bad store"

"The manager April is very rude. Lack customer service skills. Always on cell phone. Store dirty, boxes blocking aisle. No one greets you when you come in. Please hire a better manager or just close this sad excuse of a store down. People want to feel appreciated. Do us all a favor, hire another manager and staff to clean up filthy store and stop talking on cell phones while doing your job."

"This store have some of the worst customer service and I am not saying this because of 1 bad day but because I live 2 minuets away. The lady with the blonde hair and the manager who work in the morning on Thursdays are so rude it’s not even funny. I do understand that there are customers who are rude but these two employees always seem to have a problem. I see people ask simple questions and the lady with the blonde hair just go crazy. Not only that anytime you go to the store you will see the manager on her phone (ALWAYS) and her behavior is I don’t care kind of attitude."
