Publix Super Market at Cypress Lakes Town Center

"This is my closest Publix less than a minute however i avoid this location at all costs due to the following. Parking and navigating in the parking lot is very bad and tight coming from 441. You also have heavy presence of poverty. You have loitering, panhandling and homeless all around this shopping plaza and the adjacent Home Depot parking lot. When I use to go to this location I always felt uneasy and not safe. The parking lot also floods when it rains. Inside the Publix is not bad but keep in mind that this is a smaller Publix so not all items that most regular Publix have are not available here. I also ran into an issue where 2-party platters I placed days before was not completed by the due time in the meat section which was an inconvenience. They took care of me and apologized. If it wasn’t for the bad parking, loitering and horrible meat market service this would be my go to however I usually go to Publix in west Margate or in west Coral Springs as I don’t run into any of the issues I mentioned in this review."

"This is my favorite Publix , i drive by 4 or 5 other Publix's to go to this store its clean, well managed , and the staff is great .. one that impressed me the most was a woman behind the money order counter Ali !!!!! super efficient , smart, polite all around a very nice person she's a big plus to the Publix team .. impressive Big big plus to the publix team"

"Publix is normally known for their quality and customer service; however, this place is overlooking the importance of their customer service. Almost every time I come to this Publix, I have a negative experience with customer service. The cashiers seem to be annoyed to have to do their job. The management of this store needs to step their game up and train their employees correctly."
