I truly don’t understand how this person is even a manager this person has zero customer service skills not to mention rude and condescending. After asking a few questions this person just did not want to help with question of all things A battery. Complete with eye rolls this lady would not even give her name or cooperate number to call. It just seemed as she could not be bothered with an automotive question. Asked to speak with another person and it was a completely different experience. As the a business owner this would be the last person I would leave in charge of my business. Refused to give her name. Very under qualified to deal with the public."
