"Took my 4 year old to get her ears pierced. Was very happy with the staff. Nicole made sure the markings were even before piercing my daughters ears. Then she got another staff member to help her so they could do both ears at the same time. My daughter didn't even cry. We were both very happy with the results. Overall a great experience."

"One of my granddaughters earrings fell out the next day after getting it pierced. We cannot find the earring and took her back to Claire's so they could re pierce it and they said it wasn't their fault and there's nothing they can do! I will never step foot back into their store again!"

"Store is very cute, a little small but all Claire's stores are packed so full with items and spinning racks that they seem small lol. Got my 2yo daughter's ears pierced. Nicole was awesome. Unfortunately, the cost was about triple what I thought it was going to be. $112 for both ears using tiny little gold posts with cubic zirconia. The service was the only reason I wasn't upset about the cost."

"The place is inside the Coastland Mall Center. The staff is very helpful and friendly. For those of you who have kids they are doing a special thing where if you are looking for options on where to celebrate they're theme birthday, you can now do it at this store. I don't know if other stores are participating in this special thing which is awesome!"
